CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your business and ask you to respect our scheduling policies.

 

Please give us at least a 24 hour notice if you cannot make your appointment.

A complementary confirmation call/text or email is sent 24 hours prior to your appointment.

After a single No Show we require a 50% deposit for your next scheduled service.

Failure to notify us prior to 24 hours will result in your deposit being applied to the missed appointment.

 

We do have a cancellation list which gives clients the next available appointment time when a cancellation is made. If you cannot find an appointment time that works for you, you may ask to be on the cancellation list.
