Encompasses a variety of techniques [including, but not limited to] relaxation, deep tissue, and passive stretching. You will consult with the therapist prior to the treatment because this is tailored to your needs.

Reflexology
Our reflexology massage includes a focus on reflex points on the hands and feet. Reflexology is a treatment based on the principle that there are areas and points on the hands and feet that are connected through the nervous system to corresponding parts of the body. When pressure is applied to these areas and points it stimulates the movement of energy along the nerve channels and helps to restore homeostasis balance in the body.

Mother-To-Be Massage
Relaxation massage combined with proper positioning of the mother to ease and relieve prenatal changes. All our therapists provide massage in the side laying position combined with pillows to ensure the comfort of the mother and the safety of the baby.

Rejuvenation Cocoon
A body treatment beginning with gentle exfoliation, steamed towels to allow removal of dead skin as well as inviting the skin to receive a super rich, hydrating cream that encompasses plant derived extracts enriched with vitamins A, C, and E. Aromatherapy of choice is included.

Pampering Body Polish
Buff away dull skin with this exfoliating treatment which gently refines and smooths the skin. This treatment starts with dry-brushing the skin to loosen dead skin cells and bring blood to the surface of the skin to aid the body in removing old cells and allowing maximum effect of the body polish. After the body polish is applied, you will be wrapped and escorted to a warm shower where you will rinse to reveal rejuvenated, smooth skin. The shower will be followed with the application of our luxurious massage cream to leave your skin soft, supple and moisturized.

Nourishing Body Wrap
This luxurious, nourishing body wrap aids in minimizing the look of aging skin while firming, brightening and moisturizing. This treatment begins with dry-brushing the skin to loosen dead skin cells and bring the blood to the surface of your skin. A clay mixture is applied, and you are wrapped in a warm cocoon. Enjoy a relaxing scalp massage and follow up with a warm shower, revealing nourished skin. A final application of our opulent massage cream will be applied to maintain the skin's moisture balance.
